If you are paying with a credit or debit card, we ask that you make payment prior to the site visit. These payments can be made online across this website or over the phone. If you are paying with a check, money order or cash, payment will be collected at the time of the site visit (when the appraiser visits the home). Cancellation Policy We understand needing to cancel an appraisal - things happen. However, appraisal orders do require administrative overhead and time so we ask that if you need to cancel an appraisal, please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations that take place prior to the site visit, there will be no fee. Missed appointments without rescheduling will be subject to a $100 trip fee to cover the appraiser's time and travel costs. There are no cancellations after the appraiser has completed the site visit. Refund Policy An appraisal is an appraiser’s opinion of value based upon his or her research. All our appraisers are certified by the state of Texas and have a minimum of 5 years experience performing real estate appraisals.
