This is a trick I learned a few years ago and was a necessity for performing real estate appraisals in the Fort Bend County area. Many of you may have noticed that when going to FBCAD.org most of the property data sheets do not display the actual lot size or acreage of the site. In turn, the Stewart Title tax sheets do not have this information either. This leads to many Realtors leaving the "Lot Size" section of an MLS listing blank. Here's the solution:
Head over to the FBCAD website and search for your property. If you will notice, on the "detail sheet" page there are three icons on the top, "History", "GIS Map" and "Datasheet". If you click GIS Map, this will open a new window displaying a plot map. On the left-hand side, there is a small "i" within a black circle that looks like this: 
This is the identify tool. Click this, then click your highlighted plot and at the bottom you will receive output regarding that lot. Under the "Shape.area" column you will see the size, represented in square feet, of your lot.
Just one of two extra steps that make your MLS listing that much more complete.
