Chandler,
Just a quick note to say thank you for your appraisal.
I went to my informal meeting and presented my listing history along with your appraisal.
While I didn't get what I wanted, it was close enough.
The appraiser gave me the appraisal value which was only 22K over where I wanted it.
So the end result was just over 100K in assessed value reduction.
The appraiser noted that the professional appraisal from you was a big help for me.

Initially I just required your measurement service to obtain the actual square footage of a home we had purchased to rehab. When I found out that the house was actually 300 square feet larger than the tax records, I was unsure what the after repair value would be once completed.
