You can right-click and "save as" to view these easier: Sample Market Statistics - This report is attached to ALL appraisal services we deliver, but can be ordered by itself with a narrative addendum further explaining market conditions and trends. Sample 1004 Mortgage Appraisal - This form is the most commonly required for appraisals perform for banks, lenders and mortgage companies. This form is used for many Conventional and FHA home loans. Sample Listing / General Value Appraisal - This form is our recommended format for any non-financial purpose including tax appeals, legal matters and more. It is less intensive but will still utilize the same methods to determine value and be just as accurate as a full 1004.
